These terms govern use of the ByteBoon website and related information pages. Product access, deployment support, and production use should be covered by written customer terms.
Use of the Website
The ByteBoon website provides information about BoonOS, operating domains, adoption approach, and contact options. You may use the website only for lawful business or informational purposes.
- Do not interfere with site availability, security, infrastructure, forms, or related systems.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading, harmful, confidential third-party, or unauthorized information.
- Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or reuse site content in a way that infringes ByteBoon rights or harms the service.
BoonOS Product and Enterprise Agreements
ByteBoon develops BoonOS, a governed operating system for enterprise decision and execution loops. Product access, production use, deployment support, integrations, and customer-specific terms should be governed by a separate written agreement, order form, deployment agreement, invoice, or order confirmation.
- Website descriptions are informational and do not guarantee that a specific result, feature, integration, timeline, or business outcome will be achieved.
- Enterprise adoption depends on customer systems, data quality, access, approvals, operational constraints, and agreed scope.
- If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that customer relationship.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers and prospective customers are responsible for providing accurate information and making sure ByteBoon has the context needed to assess adoption readiness, risk, controls, and deployment requirements.
- You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, rights, and permissions associated with materials you provide.
- You should not provide production credentials, regulated data, or confidential third-party data unless an appropriate agreement and access process are in place.
- You remain responsible for business decisions, human approvals, regulatory obligations, and operational use of any system unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
The ByteBoon website, design, text, structure, BoonOS descriptions, product materials, and related content are owned by ByteBoon or used with permission. Customer materials, reusable tools, pre-existing assets, and deliverables should be addressed in the applicable written agreement.
- You may not present ByteBoon website content as your own or use it to misrepresent a relationship with ByteBoon.
- Customer-owned materials remain subject to customer rights and applicable agreements.
- ByteBoon may retain rights in general know-how, methods, templates, reusable software, and non-customer-specific expertise unless agreed otherwise.
AI, Automation, and Control
BoonOS is designed for operational use, but AI-enabled outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, or dependent on source data and configuration. Human review, approval paths, auditability, and operational controls should be defined for any meaningful production use.
- AI system behavior should be tested against the workflow, data, risk level, and user roles before production use.
- ByteBoon does not provide legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice through this website.
- Operational decisions remain subject to the customer's governance, approval processes, and applicable law.
Disclaimers and Liability
The website is provided for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByteBoon disclaims warranties related to website availability, completeness, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose. Liability for paid product access, deployment support, or production use is governed by the applicable written agreement.
